with that being said, if i were to add engagement mechanics to this site like little emotes people can click or comments i would start thinking about the engagement my posts are going to get, which is bad for me personally. if i'm worrying if anyone actually cares then the level of passion i put into these is going to disappear and then it won't matter if anybody cares because i won't care anyway without some stupid imaginary number on my screen!!

(god forbid this but) if i were to write something and it didn't get my usual engagements i would feel like poop and probably avoid that topic. and i want to pick my own damn topics!!!! also implementing comments to all these posts seems strenous and i'm lazy.

so, sorry but i don't want to fall into the engagement traps of social media (even though there's not some algorithm encouraging me to make these). i want to keep this as a space that is for myself first and not subconciously start mrbeasting my own site. it's so fucking obnoxious when you can tell somebody is doing that.
